I would love to learn more about what’s coming for the COS! Thanks for replying. I guess I wasn’t paying attention to the details of Lighthouse being specifically for Progressive Web Apps. It felt similar to some of the results I got from the speed tests we ran using Google before so I assumed it was a reasonable thing to inquire about.

Let’s talk sometime soon(ish) and perhaps I can add a little to this post so no one else comes whining about nothing. :)
